I know that this is a very, very competitive market.  Our industry is flooded with companies that have formulas for every coat type, situation, etc, etc,.  However, in a shop where every dog is an unknown, even the most gentle shampoos can be suspect if a dog leaves and develops an irritation!  I cannot tell you how many times a dogs eye will look red after using a supposed "tearless" shampoo or facial scrub.  I never want to answer questions about a possible reaction from a product.  How about I inadvertently sprayed one of your sprays and it hit my son's eye!  Not a sting, burn, itch - NOTHING!  That was one of the things that really drew my attention to your product.  I also have a pet peeve about multiple smells in the shampoos.  It is too overbearing for the shampoo, conditioner, facial scrub, scissoring spray, and cologne to all have different scents.  GROSS!  You have mastered the problem by providing very aromatic scents without overkill.
